Jewelry Repair
Please use the email form below to order a repair. Include a description of what you have in mind, your time frame, budget and a phone number we can contact you directly at.
If you bought your jewelry from me, and it is a year or less old, your repair is free. You will only pay for shipping.
We will go over the order, materials and cost of the repair. The specifics are agreed upon we will send a confirmation email itemizing the details of your order.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required prior to the repair of your piece. On completion the balance of your payment will be due.
Once full payment is received the finished repaired piece will be insured and shipped with delivery confirmation to you. Local orders can be delivered for a fee or picked up at the studio.
Most orders take between 1 to 2 weeks for repair. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Prices are dependent on the availability of raw materials, types of stones selected and complexity of design.
